Howler 2022 released

Daniel Ritchie has released the latest version of Howler, his natural media painting, video, animation, 3D, and visual effects tool. New features in version 2022 include:

• Analytical Upscale super-resolution
• Non-Local Means noise removal filter
• Adaptive Threshold filter
• Color picker improvements
• Feather the alpha channel
• Distance Transform filter
• Stored images now have an option to be marked as Indelible, meaning they will survive a program restart
• Multi-frequency option for CLAHE (Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization) filter/combine by swap filter to calculate the Euclidean distance between the pixels of the two images
• Multiple frequencies for woodgrain
• Multiple frequencies for bilateral filter for cartoonizing effects
