Miauu has released Slate Material Cloner v1.0, a tool for cloning materials across tabs in 3ds Max’s Slate Material Editor.
The tool allows users to select materials, copy them with a “get selected materials” button, and then paste them into another tab. Materials can be cloned either as instances, which remain linked to the original material, or as copies, which function as independent duplicates.
Users can clone selected materials multiple times across different tabs, providing flexibility when working with complex material setups.
