Sorry about that! Fixed.
Do people even find these very specific substances of any use? I’d rather have more proper base materials to work with for painting. I haven’t had the time to dive into designer to make my own so I rely a lot on these premade ones. We’ve got so many credits saved up it isn’t funny, because there just seems to be a severe lack of useful base substances. Really can’t use anything that comes with a pattern embedded in it that I can’t remove.
There’s plenty of room for more wood species at different cuts (quarter sawn, rift sawn, plain sawn, etc). To my disappointment, they don’t even have a single species of maple. Specifically wood substances that cover larger areas, or update the ones they have to change the scale so we don’t see those repeating patterns on larger surfaces. What they have works great for a cabinet door. For a full height cabinet side, not so much. More metal surfaces would also be helpful, there’s many types of grinds, welds, and cast patterns, etc.
Why not use standard photo textures for this…?
