Marek Denko and Peter Sanitra have generously released 150 free spherical HDRs through their NoEmotion studio. Awesome stuff but most of the links seem to be down or not working at this time.
Peter said is to many people downloading, so after the limit, the links are taken down and only the next day they are available again.

People/companies selling HDRIs on their own sites wont be happy with this :-)… :-(…
Perhaps they could make it a public torrent to ease he bandwidth usage?

I can say I’m personally not happy about it as I’m selling skies on cg-source.com and I would imagine sales will drop, and if they drop too low I will for sure not create any more content of that type 🙁 and other content creators would probably also stop if there is no market left, which is sad as that would hurt the industry.
However I did get hold of one of the files and the Dynamic Range is VERY low, so the shadows from the sun was very faint. And also the skies I have is slightly higher resolution, horizon is clean and for most there is also backplates, so hopefully people will see that.
Not including the cost of a DSLR. The cost of a Nodal ninja, plus a promote control and a nice fisheye lens is easy $1500-2000 USD. Then there’s the time spent shooting and creating the HDRS.
Nice of him to release them for free but for somebody trying to make a little bit of a pocket money from selling HDRS it’s a bit disappointing.
