Toronto-based Globacore, a company that develops games and interactive displays with physical and digital elements, has created a homage to Paperboy, the video game originally developed by Atari in 1984. The Globacore version, called PaperDude VR, was built using the Oculus VR, Kinect, KickR (a wireless-controlled training bicycle), 3DS Max and Unity. It looks like the company did not dedicate much effort to the graphics, which are rather coarse. Watch a video and find out more on Globacore.
Looks great!
There’s nothing wrong with the graphics, they match the original game and it works perfectly.
It reminds me of the video for “Money for nothing”, for those old enough to remember it.
