Digital Anarchy has released The Light Wrap Fantastic, a GPU-accelerated plugin that assists with green/blue screen compositing. The plugin makes it easier to blend foreground and background elements by simulating the light that should come from the background. It offers various controls to help create a realistic light wrap. The plugin is available for After Effects, Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Other versions for Avid and DaVinci Resolve are coming soon. More on Digital Anarchy’s website.
I find it funny that the composite demonstrating their tool is a horrible composite. The black levels are all out of wack.
