This guy builds some really nice, flexible rigs. And then, since it’s Blender, they usually get released for free! This is yet another area where Blender has Max beat. Really high-quality characters with fully articulated faces are not easy to find in Max. And ones for free? Virtually impossible. Makes it a lot less attractive for animators to get in to Max with so little to choose from. :/
Anyway, cool character! Sure would love to find the time to learn Blender one of these days.
