Chaos Group Czech has posted a blog post outlining just some of the changes 3ds Max and Cinema 4D users can expect to see in Corona Renderer 7, due out next year. Cinema 4D is set to gain the Corona Volume Grid, Multi Instances, and the Material Library. Both 3DS Max and Cinema 4D will be getting a new PBR material and reworked tone mapping. Read more on the Corona blog.
Would the PBR material support Autodesk Standard surface, MaterialX and osl?

A great question.
So far Autodesk didn’t really specify where they are going with these other than that they plan to incorporate them at some point. The recently added PBR material in Max is a scripted material based on the Physical material, not Standard Surface nor MaterialX.
OSL would probably be supported in Max the same way it already is now for 3rd party renderers.
Should support nvidia rtx
Developers always said Corona is a render that is proud to be totally optimized and based on CPUs only… so forget it.
