Madrid-based Next Limit has announced RealFlow | Cinema 4D, a version of the fluid dynamics simulation software that works inside Maxon's 3D application and offers an easy workflow and the ability to use native Cinema 4D modifiers and tools combined with RealFlow. Hollywood Reporter has posted a story discussing the potential shortage of visual effects artists as the demand for VFX heavy films increases. Representatives from companies including Lionsgate Films, Luma Pictures, and Image Engine, spoke at the FMX Conference in Stuttgart, Germany this past week, regarding the risks involved with staffing and producing some of these VFX rich feature films.
