Nano sculptures created using 3D scanning and printing
London-based artist Jonty Hurwitz has created a number of nano-scale sculptures that are invisible to the human eye using 3D scanning, ZBrush and a multiphoton lithography 3D printing technique. From the artist's statement "The absolute fact is this: the human eye is unable to see these sculptures. (...) Can you be sure of its existence if your basic senses are telling you that nothing is there?". More on Jonty Hurwitz' site.
