Adobe has disclosed some of the new features that will be added to their video and audio tools, which are available through the company’s Creative Cloud. The After Effects update will bring enhanced preview behaviors, UI improvements for touch screens, better color fidelity, new importers for additional formats and codecs (H.265, DNxHR, etc), etc. Premiere Pro will expand support for UltraHD and HDR formats with the inclusion of DNxHR, H.265 and OpenEXR. A Lumetri effect will be added to After Effects, ensuring color fidelity between Premiere Pro and After Effects.
