Bentley acquires E-on Software

Bentley Systems, developer of MicroStation and other software for design, construction and operations of infrastructure, has acquired E-on Software. E-on will continue to be headed by its founder Nicholas Phelps, operating as a Bentley subsidiary, and according to Phelps’ statement, all of E-on’s applications (Vue, PlantFactory, LumenRT, CloudFactory Ozone and Carbon Scatter) will continue to be developed.
