The motion design tool that combines an AE-style layers interface with a node graph in every layer for procedural control has been released. After two months of beta testing the software has been polished and expanded incorporating improvements requested by users (motion tracking, instancing, variable fonts, depth map generation, etc.).
Caddis v1 is priced at $129 for a perpetual license, and is currently compatible with Windows 10/11 and MacOS. According to Mike Gaynor, the developer of the software, a Linux version is planned. A 7-day free trial version is available. Watch a video and find out more on Caddis.app.
