that will quite “fock-up” the 3D model market (turbosquid etc.)… correct…?

well… IMHO not exactly, because CGAxis is geared towards architecture, while in turbosquid you look for different things, more specific ones.
I think barely no one search for arch-viz content in turbosquid, everyone goes to sites like evermotion or cgaxis, this is a great deal for architecture, and it will bother Evermotion, that´s for sure.
