That’s probably the reason they did the tutorial with that airline, so they don’t get sued!
Delta owns anything to do with Northwest Airlines after the merger. Though I doubt they would sue for something like this, unless it was used for TV or movie they might require some permissions granted.

..seems like usually the fuselage splits just behind the wings (avoid those seats!) and no flex in the wings, but we all know that’s not the point. Nice to see an in-depth Phoenix tutorial.
