New features in Cinemartin’s software designed for encoding/converting videos to various formats such as ProRes, XDCam and Avid DNxHD include: video resizer up to 8K, H265 at 8 or 10-bit up to 8K, support for Google’s VP9 codec, all ProRes variants (with a future ProRes XQ upgrade), custom text and logo overlays, custom presets, LUTs and more.
Cinec 4.0 is available in Standard, Pro and Gold versions. Also of note, last November Cinemartin released Cinec Plin, a plugin for Premiere and After Effects that allows to export video in several professional formats with codecs such as ProRes (all versions) and HEVC H.265.
