Colimo and Colorway

As readers may be aware, Motiva’s Víctor Feliz expressed his disappointment in a recent interview about issues related to Colorway’s release. Upon hearing about the situation, The Foundry’s Brad Peebler expressed that they had been actively developing 2/2.5D workflows previous to the meetings with Motiva, and contacted Víctor Feliz to resolve the situation. Thanks to this both Víctor Feliz and Brad Peebler have now agreed to continue to look for ways to actively co-operate between Motiva and The Foundry. As a starter, an interview with Víctor Feliz on Motiva’s development of the Real Perception OFX plugins that can be used with Nuke is now available on The Foundry’s blog.

I find this story all fishy.

Now, all of the sudden, there’s a article about new stuff from Motiva on the TF blog?

I guess TF did something not so good and are repairing the damage.

Yeah, you gotta admire their damage control unit… 🙂

Makes you wonder why they had ignored him up until now… but anyways, internet made a difference once again I guess.. things spread so fast that companies just can’t afford to ignore them anymore, and that’s a good thing.
