Nice script but why not MCG?
I wish I knew how to make these https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HI8FerKr6Q
Thanks, I haven’t learned much MCG yet, on a forum there is a discussion about recursive operations using MCG. But I think now if I wanted to do this natively then TyFlow would be my first stop.
Unfortunately I had only JUST gotten a production ready workflow sorted when the TyFlow beta dropped last year.
So ultimately this was completed with the Houdini engine for 3ds Max, which had really nice functionality.
Interesting read. Thanks for taking the time to put this together.
