this is the fourth video on CGPRess within few days which is blocked, password protected or simply unavailable. And all are linked to VIMEO.
A proposal: maybe simply avoid VIMEO as video linking, and use YouTube as backup. It seems there is not much luck with this platform….
Thank you for the note and the idea, and apologies for the inconvenience. We check links before posting, what happens to the videos after that is outside of our reach. On the plus side, it means CGPress is very popular. 🙂
Regarding avoiding Vimeo as video linking, many videos are only available on Vimeo (as was the case with this news item). There’s not usually much of a choice. And also, we are quite fond of Vimeo and happy to support it.
I think people like to play with the Vimeo options, so it’s usually their fault that videos disappear…
