Digimation have put a maximizer compatibility list online on their FTP site.
The list indicates which maximizers are available for R3, their version numbers, whether a demo is available etc.

Just a summary of interesting bits in that list : Splash! MAX is indicated to be 1.11e with a note that a network rendering bug will be fixed in an updated. This could possibly be the 1.11f reported on earlier.
The list indicated that The Incredible Comicshop plugin “will probably not be available for R3”.
The Grow patch was built, but not tested – but it is available nevertheless.
A DigiPeople patch is being worked on.
Four Elements will NOT be available for R3. My opinion; don’t bother, check out Ozone3D ( A LightWave plugin ) from e-on software, or TerraGen instead.
According to that list, HyperMatter is available from One Picture Ltd. – OPL says otherwise.
Rodin, the H-Spline NURBS solution will unlikely see an update for R3.
On a brighter note, Instant-UV is currently in testing, an update will be available soon.
Version 1.1 of Phoenix should be coming soon.
And FaceAce will be available soon as well.
