If only they would reply to their support emails so us that have paid for their tool can actually install it! their license server blocks your registration key if you reinstall windows…. not very clever and super annoying.

All sorted, It just felt a like it’s a step that should not be needed. Luckily I was just playing around for fun, but if I was to do production and can’t register my software for 6+ hours, that’s not ideal.
Maybe allow people to reset their activation code through their account?
@thomas: If you have a busy production you surely shouldn’t reinstall shortly windows beforehand anyway… Also don’t forget, that they are small developers not a big, “super-fast” company like Autodesk
Two days of waiting is normal for every company. And ATK is doing amazing job, never had any problems with them.
