How come these are not more widespread despite beiing so powerful , well designed and nearly free ? Why is everybody still sticking with Premiere , Avid and FCPX ?

Premiere you get with adobe suite and even there are some bugs or what ever in a agency the cost is low. Fcpx is a apple fanboy thing. Avid i never used but it is used in TV productions and switching tools is costly.

Davinci is cool for small companys and indie. In a agency it requires that everybody wants to switch if not the transition will fail.

I totaly switched from Adobe to the very strong affinity products and exchangged videoediting with davinci Resolve..

And as told.. its allready strong as a free version and the studio version only costs 300 bucks.. and .. updates as it seems for ever..

so if you ask me.. most stick with abodbe because most people stick with adobe.. because they allredy sticked so long with adobe..
