Imagineer Systems has released an update to its planar tracking software. New features include:
- Open Splines – can be exported to After Effects CC 2014 and
Nuke - EXR 2.0 – support for EXR 2.0 multi-part files
- Export to Nuke SplineWarp – skips the need to copy splines
from Roto nodes to the effect - Export shape data to HitFilm 3 Pro
- Save/Load 3D solves – you can now save your solved 3D data
to the project file - Additional 3D camera solver result improvements – you can
now get more consistently accurate results - Next/previous control point shortcuts – You can now cycle
though spline points using the { and } keys - Python initialization – an init.py file is included
for running startup scripts - Python updates – multiple additions to the Python API

Yes, even though 4 doesn’t bring much in the way that’s relevant to me (don’t do stereo, not a Python scripter), I’d like to support companies that are staying away from the SaaS model.
