This is exactly why Autodesk went the route of implmenting nvidia physx over bullet for its dynamics. Phsyx is in constant development being pushed fast and further.
I wouldn’t believe the coming soon part. But do expect further enhancements to 3dsmax Physx.
Sort of makes me wonder why Autodesk acquired Naiad if Nvidia was working on a such a powerful fluid simulation system.
I don’t think Autodesk wanted acquirethe product,Naiad. They wanted to get Marcus Nordenstam and Robert Bridson.
In a recent interview, Autodesk said Naiad team is working on a “new” stuff.
