New features in Shoran Software’s render management system include:
- Scenes can now be cached locally on the client machines
before rendering - Add custom fields to net jobs
- The renderer system now supports default values for
renderer parameters - Net jobs can now have a minimum memory limit for clients
- Renderers can now have colors, which will be applied to
the net job
list and the renderer selection controls - Ability to have clients only available for rendering when
no user is
currently logged on - Flood protection for the clients and server – so that
renderers will no
longer jam the server with many consecutive notifications
