Allegorithmic released the latest version of its material creation software for authoring Substances. New features include:
- Group your nodes – allows to group nodes within frames is a
way to greatly simplify the accessibility of your graphs. - Two new mesh bakers – Ambient Occlusion from Mesh
and Bent Normal Map from Mesh - Version control with Perforce – allows to monitor
all changes in the assets created with Substance. - Share your work – two new features have been
implemented aimed at facilitating the sharing of substance files:
Export with dependencies (export your .sbs files with all the
dependencies) and Share your Library (share your substance
library with other artists using our new alias system).
