Sunglass.io aims to speed up the design process by providing free WebGL browser-based collaboration tools for computer-aided design, including graphic/text annotations over 3D content, chat, collaborative session details and embedding on web pages. Sunglass.io supports more than 40 file formats (including .3ds) and features Dropbox integration. Additional pay-per-use apps are in the works, which will bring modeling, analysis, simulation and rendering capabilities. An API lets third party developers write tools for the Sunglass.io platform. Hi Mick. If you’re getting a WebGL-related error, try looking for ways to turn on WebGL on Firefox. I think it’s possible to enable WebGL rendering via about:config even if it’s not supported natively by your graphics card.
Pablo thanks; How ever I would only be interested in this if it were available to everyone with no fuss or muss. I’ve been waiting for years for the web to go 3d. Papervision was a bust as well as all the many plugins.
I was looking for a poll on viewers experience with sunglass.
