I don’t see anything about a Vray 3.0 preview in their schedule? It seems to be mostly case studies and a sales speech about Pheonix FD for max and maya?
It does mention Vray 3.0:
“…a sneak peak preview of what is coming in V-Ray 3.0”
“- New features expected with future releases – deep pixel images support, metaballs, Alembic support, Vismat materials, lens effects in the V-Ray frame buffer.”
True, but barely. If you look through their schedule for the different days vray 3.0 isn’t mentioned at all, which makes me think that it is going to be very very brief and more like a “we are still wasting our time on gpu acceleration” :p rather than proper features production could benefit from 😉 /rant
if it’s not twice faster….. no interest.. 🙂
