3ptools is a new modeling plugin by UK-based 3Point Studios that provides an extensive toolset for 3D modeling in 3DS Max. As a taste of things to come, 3ptools Lite has been released. It is free to use for non-commercial purposes, and is designed to invoke the experience of line-drawing in a 3D environment by letting you paint strips of geometry in an intuitive manner.
