More information about FastCutter has been released. The tool goes on sale this Friday, 24 November, and costs $50. As previously reported, FastCutter was originally developed for the film 2012 by Joe Scarr. The tool enables users to hand draw boolean cuts through objects with several options for adding noise, reseeding randomised values per object and more. A free Lite version will also be available with a reduced list of features. See more information of the EffectiveTDs website.
Very happy to see this tool available for everyone!
I used fastcutter for over 3 years now, in shows like Independence Day 2, Power Rangers, Pan, Batman vs Superman, Justice League, and other shows. Is a robust and a solid production tool. Everyone should try at least the free version.
