Graffiti Analysis is an open source application designed for recording, analyzing and archiving graffiti writing motion data in a free and open database, using the Graffiti Markup Language (GML). The data can then be used for all sorts of graphics projects. Sydney-based Dave and Goliath studio are developing a script that imports the data into Max and has options to produce spline shapes, animated objects, a simple Particle Flow setup and point clouds. For more on Graffiti Analysis watch a video on Vimeo and visit GraffitiAnalysis.com, for more on the GML importer Maxscript watch a video on You Tube and head over to DaveandGoliath.com.
