Pure awesomeness!
As a former Softimage user i always missed a good working render-passes-workflow (state sets, in my opinion, are not a good solution) in max – here it is!

Been working with LPM with the start of a new project and it is incredible. I recommend grabbing the very useful ‘quick scripts’. This is an incredible pass manager for Max.

What about support of 3ds Max 2010? It is very necessary.

And presets for mental ray would be great.
LPM in use in animation and for animation in most case used mental ray.
