100,000 quads to export is actually now quite respectable

I’m not trying to take anything away from what they are doing with MayaLT but we’ve heard time and again that Max is the most used adsk tool after the AutoCAD in the world, so how is it fair that Maya is being pushed in every direction and Max at none(I mean Max as a M&E tool, and I mean PUSH as in long term commitment), when it comes to big features like Bifrost they say Maya, when it comes to small indie game dev they say Maya… I don’t get it, the optimist(probably naive) part of me says wait and you’ll see how true commitment looks like in Max 2016(Much needed features like Bifrost, finally a unified UI, improvements to dynamics/particles that are showing their age, etc), and my cynical side is laughing at my optimist side, oh how painful it would be to be a Max user without the amazing community that nourishes it.

Sorry for making this about Max, but it kind of is also about Max if we are being honest.
