Matt Clark, developer of the Wrapit retopology tool, announced the release of Morphit, a script designed for conforming an existing piece of topology to a target mesh. Morphit works like a traditional 2D morphing program, where you place markers on your source and target images to warp/morph them together. The software allows substantially different shaped meshes to be quickly and cleanly projected. Morphit is currently in beta and is part of Wrapit 1.5. More at Wrapit’s forum.
