Looks very interesting, I’ve wanted something like this for ages.
Unfortunately the script has been removed from the website. Anyone grab a copy before it dissapeared?
I’m not a “outliner” kind of guy. I like layers, just not the current version in max. I was hoping that 2012 would have reworked layers. My impression is AD has abandoned layers for outline/scene explore. I wish layers would have the same features as scene explore.
Layers wish list:
-When you select something in the layers UI it should select in the viewport.
-In photoshop layers you can click and holed on the eyeball. Then drag down to turn on/off any layer as you swipe.
-Groups/folder
-Dockable
-When making new layer activate the label for easy naming.
Love layers too…. would be great to be able to give layers some colors in the window (like apple os) for better organization.
