Statistica script for 3ds Max
Miauu has release Statistica, a new script for 3ds Max that provides extensive statistics about selections and scenes.
The software divides its statistical data into four customizable sections, allowing users to toggle options through the Statistica user interface.
For selected objects, the tool displays various details, including the name or count of selected objects, the layer they reside in, the name and class of any applied materials, the number of applied textures and modifiers, the object ID , and the size of the selected object.
Scene statistics cover both selected and total counts of objects, including geometry objects, shapes, lights, cameras, and helpers. Sub-object statistics provide counts of selected and total vertices, edges, faces, elements, segments, and splines for objects like Editable Poly, Editable Mesh, and Shapes, as well as for Edit Poly and Edit Mesh modifiers. When a camera is selected, its field of view and focal length values are shown. Additionally, position, rotation, and scale information is displayed whenever objects or sub-objects are moved, rotated, or scaled.
Users can customize the display color for the entire statistics section or for each statistic separately. Statistics can also be displayed within an opaque box, with configurable color and opacity settings.
