Gamr7 are currently offering indie licenses of Ürban PAD, their procedural city creation tool, for $29. Normally a license costs $700, however in order to get the reduced rate enough people need to have bought it before the 2nd October, If the target is not met a refund is given, a progress bar on the site shows the current status.
