Embergen 1.0 released

JangaFX has announced that Embergen is now out of beta. The GPU powered fluid simulation tool used for creating smoke, fire, explosion and more includes the following improvements since we last reported.

  • Raymarch sharpening for crisp, high-detail renders
  • Rewritten Importer & Exporter
  • Flipbook & Sequence Playback
  • New GPU particles that can inject smoke & fire into the simulation
  • New simulation solver optimizations & improvements
  • Massive improvements to upscaling
  • A large swath of new game ready presets (Muzzle flashes, explosions, fire)
  • A new home screen complete with preset management, tutorials, and the latest news.
  • Linux Support
  • And more
