Looks like a cool implementation, reminds of the ‘Conform’ modifier by Peter Watje.
One feature I’ve always missed in these type of projection modifiers, is the ability to use an arbitrary axis of projection, i.e. – the user selects an object to use as a projection target. Think of projecting onto a sphere for example.
Looks cool. It will be available to public?
+1 for Rotems idea.
Looks very useful! Another good feature would be a weighted mix of ‘flat’ and ‘deform’ mode, with a spinner for the bias.
Also, ability to use on many many objects/instances at once, for drops running down a surface for example.
