Zebra Imaging announces realtime holographic video displays

Texas-based Zebra Imaging, known for starting a service offering custom holographic prints of 3D scenes, has completed a five-year program with the help of the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), called Urban Photonic Sandtable Display (UPSD) that creates a realtime, color, 360-degree 3D holographic display. The result is the Zebra Imaging holographic motion display, a system linked to your preferred 3D software that features support for 3D graphics APIs, such as OpenGL. The holographic displays are compatible with a wide range of visualization and graphics applications.
