Q solver plugin for RealFlow now available

The Q solver is a plugin for RealFlow designed for accurate and natural preservation of sheets of fluid and the thickening of fluid edges through surface tension. It provides control over sheets, tendrils and edge-surface tension, and the stress it takes to collapse the sheets. Q allows to create clean sheets and great edges without millions of particles. Clarisse IFX 2.0 released

Montpellier-based Isotropix has released v2.0 of its software that blends compositing, layout, animation and rendering functionality into a single application. The new version brings significant improvements such as fast volume rendering, OpenVDB 3.0 support, deep image output through OpenEXR 2.0, double sided vector displacements and a new AOV engine. A new set of texture nodes is also available for look dev artists as well as a file referencing engine designed to solve team work issues. (more...)
