Alternative version of Relax modifier preserves object’s volume

Kamil Małagowski has been working on adding a function for preserving object’s volume to the Relax modifier. Since it’s a modification of Max’s original code, it regrettably can’t be distributed (but perhaps Autodesk can incorporate it). More on Vimeo.
I’m sure that grand part of modifiers can be enhanced at 500% of their actual capabilities incorporating the remaining part:
-Slice and cap modifiers could evolving in one modifier like the RayFire one;
-Turbo and mesh smooth…now we have open subdiv;
-Flex, oh Flex…how many power I hope for you;
-etc etc…
This could be an update to year 2014 just like the orange color in particle flow (not surely an extension or a new release).
