I read that the bulldozer has limited floating point processors that the cores have to share, because AMD felt that integer processing was were performance gains were going to take place. That might be true for people using MS Office, but it’s bad news for 3D rendering.
Isn’t Intel suppose to release a new line of chips that are overclocked or something?
