KStudio has announced the release of Project Manager 3.18.1 for 3ds Max with new features to help make the process of creating PBR materials easier. With this release, it is now possible to customise name matching masks for each texture type and create fully customised templates for creating PBR materials.New features include:
- Better default settings for creating PBR materials from images and Substance SBSAR files
- Support to CoronaPhysicalMtl for creating PBR materials from images and Substance SBSAR files
- The ability to customize name masks for creating PBR materials from images
- The ability to flexibly customize PBR materials created from images
- The ability to bulk-change texture size for the created PBR materials
- The ability to change texture size for the created Substance map
- The ability to reuse categories from a replaced material to the new one in the material library
- Several fixes
