Astérix: The Land of The Gods official trailer

After releasing a few teaser, Mikros Image / M6 have made available the official trailer for the film adaptation of René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo's The Mansions of the Gods comic book. The effort is being headed by Louis Clichy and Alexandre Astier and looks quite true to the original books. Watch it on YouTube. (French)

VRMT – virtual reality world builder

Defective Studios is developing an immersive virtual reality world creation tool inspired by Bruce Branit's short film "World Builder". VRMT provides a set of props and tools with which one or more people can collaborate on the creation of environments. Brush sets can be made on and imported from other 3D applications. VRMT can also be used for game level design, its results can be loaded into other software such as Unity. More on Defective Studios' site.
